FamilyMart Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo) will launch the third installment of pasta dishes supervised by Shinji Harada, the chef of the renowned Italian restaurant “Aromafresca Ginza,” on Tuesday, December 3rd. The new product, “Two Sauces: Five Cheese Cream & Meat Sauce”, along with three items in the “Famima The Pasta” series, will be available at approximately 16,300 FamilyMart stores nationwide.
The pasta dish, “Two Sauces: Five Cheese Cream & Meat Sauce”, priced at ¥519 (excluding tax, hereafter the same), combines a rich cream sauce made with five types of cheese and a flavorful meat sauce featuring the umami of beef, the sweetness of onions, and a hearty texture.
Additionally, the “Famima The Pasta” series, which has surpassed a cumulative total of 10 million servings sold, has added a new Mentaiko (cod roe) flavor. The classic items, “Famima The Napolitan” and “Famima The Meat Sauce”, have been revamped with an increase of 20g in noodle weight compared to the previous versions. Prices are ¥406 for the Napolitan, and ¥445 each for the Mentaiko and Meat Sauce varieties.
