A single sheet of domestic dried seaweed is crushed and seasoned. The yuzu from Kochi Prefecture is used to create a yuzu salt flavor with a fresh aroma. In addition snack or Furikake( topping on rice), it can be sprinkled on soba noodles, ramen noodles, fried chicken, and other dishes. It is packaged in a stand-up pouch with a zipper for convenient storage.
